Maintenance and Repairs

CMH Customer Care Policies are geared towards allowing the Customers to focus on their core business. In this regard, all sales are accompanied by a comprehensive tailor-made maintenance Agreement which includes regularly servicing and follow-up of equipment. This enables the Customers to fully optimise his equipment through planned maintenance and schedule repairs, which result in an effective way of closely monitoring his operation cost.

Facilities and Resources

Our workshop is equipped with the latest technology tools and equipment for the repairs of all component and machine. Service software is used to diagnose and repair any fault that the software has detected on your equipment. Our qualified service staff are fully trained to perform any diagnostic on all equipment supplied by CMH. These dedicated technicians and supervisors are in contact with our suppliers who provide continuous training and support.

Our customer support provides a large range of services to our customers. These services are offered to our customer in view of reducing your machine downtime and operating cost. Furthermore, each product comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty which can be extended according to the customer's specific needs.
